Breanne graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a degree in Kinesiology in 2009. Prior to that she did 2 ½ years of nursing as well before deciding where her real passion was. Since graduating Breanne has worked with people of all ages and many types of injuries providing rehab and personal training. She spent many years working specifically with ICBC clients developing and implementing rehab and return to work programs. She eventually ventured into more private training at Fitness Unlimited where she was hired as head trainer and manager of the Personal Training department. Here she was able to work with many different injuries and health conditions including (but not limited to) hip and knee replacements, shoulder tears, rotator cuff injuries, back injuries, post surgery rehab, heart conditions, diabetes, MS and cancer. While working at Fitness Unlimited Breanne also aided in the development and implementation of their 60 Day FitChallenge. Here she teaches nutrition and fitness to individuals to help them reach strength and weight loss goals. She has had much success and has been running the challenges two times per year for more than 6 years and has stayed on with Fitness Unlimited to continue to do so. Her passion is helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals in any way possible. She is passionate about health and wellness in all aspects and in her down time enjoys staying active with slo-pitch and golf. Breanne also volunteers her time in the community including participating in the Fund Run and fundraising for Ridge Meadows hospital and the local food bank.
